Do you still have kits?

Currently we are evolving away from kits and onto exciting new projects and offerings. Please consider joining Fleur’s newsletter to stay up to date with our offerings.

I am a beginner what do you have that I can create with?

SHIPPING?

We ship worldwide and have been doing so for years now, so if you have a specific request nothing is too large or too much trouble, just email us to discuss.

Our shipping charges are based on weight and the region you are in, your total order is calculated based on the items you have selected.

Original / Framed artworks sometimes have different shipping charges, this will be clearly noted if charges are different to the information below.

Why is shipping sometimes expensive? Well, that is the downside of living at the bottom of the earth miles away from anywhere, the plus side is that all of our pricing is in NZD which often works out well with many foreign currency exchange rates.

How often do you ship? We are based in rural Aotearoa New Zealand so we aim to ship every Thursday and regularly more frequently. Our small business focusses on sustainability so we don’t aim to get things shipped the minute your order arrives, we aim to carefully, thoughtfully and slowly craft and curate your order, pack it well and send it with love.

We reuse, recycle and use compostable or paper packaging where possible for our packaging.

BOOK - The Untamed Thread

Can I purchase the book worldwide? Absolutely!

The Untamed Thread is distributed worldwide and available wherever great books are sold. We love you to support your local bookstore so please ask your store to order a copy in for you if they don’t have it in stock.

Books ordered via our website come specially wrapped and signed by Fleur.

How do I find out about what workshops are coming up?

Join our newsletter for updates and first news about current and upcoming opportunities to create in person together in Aotearoa, Australia and other locations.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS / COMMISSIONS

Fleur’s originals are incredibly slow to create so it is rare to see them available for purchase on the website, if you do spot one we recommend nabbing it while you can.

Commissions are sometimes available, please email us for more information on whether Fleur is currently accepting commissions and the process for commissioning originals.

PRINTS

We have a range of limited edition & open edition prints available.

Limited edition prints come with a signed certificate of authenticity and are numbered in relation to their specific edition. Open edition prints are signed but not numbered.

We print on beautiful quality fine art paper or canvas and only reproduce prints with fine art printers.

Fleur’s originals are high resolution scanned to capture incredible stitched detail in the prints, so much so that once framed sometimes folks believe they are the original.

Framing can be arranged at an additional cost for NZ orders only. We can ship prints directly to your framer, please use their address in the shipping field.
