You also have the right to receive a structured, common and machine-readable format of Personal Data you provided to us. We can only identify you via your email address and we can only adhere to your request and provide information if we have Personal Data about you through you having made contact with us directly and/or you using our site and/or service. We cannot provide, rectify or delete any data that we store on behalf of our users or customers.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out prior to withdrawing it. Whenever you withdraw consent, you acknowledge and accept that this may have a negative influence on the quality of the site and/or services. You further agree that Fleur Woods Art shall not be held liable with respect to any loss and/or damage to your Personal Data if you choose to withdraw consent. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

Stripe is a payment service provided by Stripe which allows Users to make a variety of online payments.
PayPal is a payment service provided by PayPal Inc., which allows Users to make online payments.
Mailchimp is a hosted e-mail marketing platform by The Rocket Science Group LLC, that Fleur Woods Art uses for sending out newsletters to our customers and prospect database.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
(a) The first thing to do is contact us to let us know about the problem. The best thing to do is email us at email@example.com and provide the following details:
- your order number and the date of your order;
- your contact details including full name, address, phone number and email;
- a description of the situation WITH photographic evidence;
or request for an exchange or return;
(b) Once we receive your claim we will contact you to work out the best way forward, including returning the product and providing any refund or replacement.

Changed your mind?
We want to make online shopping as easy and risk free as possible. Therefore if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt*, excluding items sold via a major sale program (e.g. 30% OFF SALE) and made to order artwork.
If you change your mind on your purchase and decide to return your goods, you will be given the option of either a store credit or an exchange with the artist/designer you purchased your goods from.
If you opt for a store credit, you will be given a credit to the same value once the item has been returned to the artist/designer in its original condition and packaging. Any shipping costs incurred (including import/export duties) will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods will be paid by you. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot provide a store-credit until the item has been received.
If you decide on an exchange you can only exchange your purchase for another item from the same artist/designer of the same or lower value than your original purchase. Please email email@example.com to arrange how this will be managed.
*Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for ‘made to order’ goods – such as printed artworks, custom original artworks. We also do not accept returns for items sold via a 'sale' program.
We take every care when packaging and shipping your purchase (and check each item to ensure it is in great condition before we package it) to ensure it arrives undamaged and on time. You will receive tracking information via email once your item is shipped.
Our standard shipping is via NZ Post & is free for basic courier services within NZ & Australia for most items on our site. Some oversized items will incur and shipping charge, this will be noted in the individual listing in the store and you will be provided a quote for your approval prior to shipping.
Rest of the world shipping has a flat rate of $20 unless an oversized item.
Please note that some items may incur a customs duty in your country and we are not able to predict or be held liable for any unexpected customs charges. If you are concerned about this please check in your customs requirements with your Customs Department and advise us if you would like us to ship your item differently to meet your countries customs requirements. i.e. Certificate of Authenticity to validate a handmade item.
If you would like to fully warranty your item against loss or damage in shipping please email us for a quote.
To care for our environment where possible we recycle packaging so your item may be packaged in clean, good quality, pre-used bubble wrap / cardboard or courier bags. We hope you agree that while it maybe doesn't look as fancy it is worth the effort and hope you'll consider reusing it too.
